Telios, a forward thinking, out of the box attitude, MEP Engineering Design firm with offices in Dallas and Houston,
Texas, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator based in our Houston office.
We are looking for an individual that will assist in the development of marketing, business development and collateral materials. As an integrated member of the firm's marketing department, you will work collaboratively with the business development and marketing team and members of the firm to position and promote the company with clients and in the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic proposal development including creating messaging, writing/editing and producing submittals;
• Creating PowerPoint presentations and associated materials;
• Assisting with the development of: marketing brochures, awards submissions, collateral materials, and
• project sheets;
• Research market specific projects, clients and competitors;
• Assist with the planning of market specific conferences, office functions and client events.

• Direct experience in the A/E/C industry required, with at a minimum 5 years experience;
• The ideal candidate will possess strong graphics, technical and writing skills;
• Software proficiencies should include Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suites software;
• Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize work assignments with critical deadlines a must;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or related discipline), Marketing, Journalism, Communications or English
• is required;
• Experience in the Healthcare market would be a plus;
• A sense of humor.
